Canada Commits $1.79 Billion to Expand Waterbomber Production

De Havilland Aircraft of Canada has secured up to about $1.79 billion in financing from Export Development Canada and the Canadian government to double production of Canadair 515 waterbombers. The programme supports wildfire response and creates opportunities across aerospace manufacturing and defence supply chains.
